This Anaerobic Natural out of Ethiopia is one of our favorite coffees that we have ever had come through our doors. With notes of tropical fruit, white chocolate, plum, sugar cane, and ripe berries, this coffee has a wide range of complexity that keeps us coming back sip after sip. Delicious hot or as an iced pour over we think that you will love this adventurous bean. It is an anaerobic meaning it's going to have some fermented flavors, but we think this specific coffee is accented by said notes. Please note that this is a more advenerous coffee and best enjoyed black. Sometimes these sweeter, more fermented flavors don't pair well with cream.
